We have recently visited the lovely city of Lyon. Part of Lyon’s rich heritage is it’s silk trade. We were lucky enough to visit a couple of museums, and see a loom in action!
The 2017 Knitting and Stitching Show was another great day out. With a mix of retailers, its a wonderful opportunity to meet the people behind the product, and of course, buy up on any supplies you might (or might not!) need.
TAST stitch 9 is a simple, yet elegant stitch – couching. For this seemingly simple stitch, you can do a lot with it by changing your threads used.
